Red Faces, Culture and Trees

If seeing lots of middle aged runners take to the streets in Beverley made you feel pleased you weren't insane enough to join them, there is the chance to feel smug again, this time in Hull. The Jane Tomlinson's 10k will take place on Sunday 15th May at 9AM setting off from the Guildhall.

If you have seen enough panting red faces then try something different on Saturday 14th May at Beverley Minster where Black Dyke Band is playing a charity concert to raise money for Help for Heroes, Dove House, Marie Curie and Jacobs Well.

If you want to improve your knowledge of the 'world outside' then try the Tree Identification Event at Humber Country Park at 10AM on Saturday 14th May. The Humber Country Park is well worth a visit just to see the hidden art works.
